With a month until the Airbnb Open, the organization wanted their YouTube channel to be clean, easy to navigate, and updated to showcase their most recent and exciting work to get people excited for the event ahead. With a need to move quickly, and with so much rich content in their archive, Magnet Media proposed quick-fix recommendations for improvements that could be done in rapid fashion. Additionally, we included the content plan for the Open’s premium videos to be uploaded upon post-production completion.
