Listen to women making moves
Winner of a Communicator Award, Women on the Move has highlighted the achievements of female leaders for five seasons—and counting.

Recognizing that women face unique barriers to professional success, JPMorgan Chase launched Women on the Move in 2013. JPMC has hosted Women on the Move events in locations where the company employs hundreds, and often thousands, of women.
"This is the dream team! I’m so lucky to work with this group and tell the story of great female leaders. Thank you, Megan Cunningham and Magnet for all your support." -Sam Saperstein, Managing Director and Head of Women on the Move, JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Since it began, the program has been hosted in 23 cities and senior women from across the company have met with more than 6,000 employees. The program began to collectively explore the challenges women face in the workplace, and share ideas on how to best support career development. To expand on this important initiative, and bring the value of the program to a much larger (internal and external) audience, JPMorgan Chase wanted a Women On The Move podcast.
Magnet brought to life JPMorgan Chase’s vision by devising a roadmap for the the tone and style of the show, including potential hosts and guests, and what topics would be covered in the podcast. Interview guests include industry insiders and influential female professionals like Meredith Kopit Levien, Jeremi Gorman, and Pat Russo, whose inspiring insights appeal to the audience of career-builders.
Magnet Media developed a holistic launch plan for JPMorgan Chase, which includes a strategy, production, and promotion plan, and worked as a partner with the bank to bring the “Women on The Move” into more lives. As well as taping and producing the series in its entirety, Magnet recommended website enhancements to better promote the WOTM podcast, consulted on the paid media approach, and helped with logistics of platform setup to make sure the podcast was widely available.
For launch, Magnet produced 23 episodes of the podcast. All episodes included accompanying digital, promotional, and social media assets. Magnet also secured and produced 15 VIP interviews at the World Economic Forum at Davos, in collaboration with The Female Quotient. The team also captured eight episodes with internal JPMC leaders, as part of the “peek behind the scenes” at JPMorgan Chase.
